I believe design is not only a matter of aesthetics or function, but an instrument of affection on users. I like to approach every project thinking in the spatial-cum-social machinery moving in every design and engaging constantly. Although I am a dedicated designer, I enjoy writing and reading on philosophy. I consider myself as a strong advocate of theory as basis for creation.
When I was about to start my bachelor degree, I became aware of the fact that any degree could completely satisfy my intellectual hunger. Ever since I look for intersections in every discipline I have contact with. I am currently studying the MSc Digital Architecture at Newcastle University exploring the boundaries and intersections of computer science, architecture, design and interaction.
As designer, I believe every one of us should be constantly looking for connections in everything around us. I find the creative process as a demanding activity requiring creator to observe and analyse reality constantly
La beauté se trouve partout... Même dans le Wifi. Un photographe, artiste et scientifique à l'Université de New Castle, Luis Hernan, a inventé un appareil photo capable de capturer les ondes Wifi.
Le projet photographique, appelé « Ethereal », a pour ambition de rendre visible les ondes Wifi qui relient sans fil les terminaux à un réseau filaire informatique, permettant de mettre en forme l'invisible.
