#Photographe
I studied psychology at the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. Afterwards, while working professionally in market research, I began studies in photography at the Stedelijke Nijverheidsschool in Antwerp. In 2004 I left my professional career to fully concentrate on photography. During this period I traveled to Mexico to study photo-journalism at the school Visualestudios and became a member of the Club Fotográfico de México. In 2007 I was selected for an artistic residence with the program Residencia Corazon in La Plata, Argentina. Later that same year, I received a grant to continue my photography and studies in Mexico from the Mexican Government's Secretary of External Affairs. In 2008 I was selected to participate in the Seminar on Contemporary Photography at the Centro de la Imagen, Mexico City. Beginning in 2005 I have had exhibitions at the Center for Mexican Studies in Antwerp, the Mexican Embassy in Brussels, the Wereldmuseum in Rotterdam, the MUGAFO in La Plata, Argentina, the Regional Museum of Guadalajara, Mexico, and the Biennial of Photography at the Centro de la Imagen, Mexico, amongst the most important.
